- Items must be returned in original packaging where possible.
- Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
- We recommend tracked shipping, as we cannot refund items that are not received.
